The short answer

Last reviewed

The best place to start is a mix of listing sites from different inventory families, because some sites share the same listings. In the Phoenix metro, pair a large marketplace like LoopNet or Crexi with a Yardi network site like CommercialCafe, then check flex options such as LiquidSpace if you need shorter terms. A tenant rep can tour, compare, and negotiate on your behalf, and the tenant rep's fee is typically paid by the landlord. Plan your total cost, including furniture and build-out, before you sign.

FAQ

Common questions

Straight answers about listing sites and tenant reps. More in our guides.

Where can I search for office space in Phoenix?

Start with one site from each inventory family so you are not looking at the same listings twice. For example, pair LoopNet (CoStar network) with Crexi (independent) and CommercialCafe (Yardi network). Add OfficeSpace.com or Brevitas for more coverage, and LiquidSpace or Coworker.com if you need flex or coworking space.

What is a tenant rep?

A tenant rep, or tenant representative, is a licensed real estate broker or agent who represents the tenant, not the landlord. A tenant rep can help you define requirements, find and tour space, compare options, and negotiate lease terms.

Who pays the tenant rep?

The tenant rep’s fee is typically paid by the landlord. Ask any broker to explain how they are paid, in writing, before you sign an agreement.

Do LoopNet and CityFeet show the same listings?

Both are part of the CoStar network, so many listings overlap. If you already search LoopNet, CityFeet is useful mainly for cross-checking.

Do CommercialCafe and CommercialSearch show the same listings?

Both are Yardi sites that share one listing network, along with PropertyShark. Searching one of them usually covers the others.
